Rick Bonvie
Growing up in east Ft. Lauderdale, Rick Bonvie has been working in the real estate industry for close to three decades. During this time, Rick has been working with his father Richie Bonvie, who has been successfully developing properties in south Florida for over 45 years. Father and Son’s last major acquisition was back in 2002 with the purchase of the Crossroads Park of Commerce Industrial Park, located in Fort Pierce, FL.
Rick Bonvie has always worked alongside with his father handling the daily operations of the business.
Growing up with an extensive real estate developing background & many years of experience, Rick is able to bring a tremendous knowledge base when representing his private clients.
Due to many clients inquiring about having Rick privately represent them, Rick formed Bonvie Realty & Development in the mid 2000’s to take on this roll and to start to represent a select group on private investors who could benefit from Rick’s vast real estate experience. Since this time Bonvie Realty has grown to become a household name in the Commercial Real Estate Industry in South Florida.
