Two Fort Lauderdale properties sell

Bonvie Realty, a commercial and investment brokerage, announced the sale of two properties in Fort Lauderdale.

A 10,000-square-foot office and retail building at 4242 N. Federal Highway traded for $1.8 million. The building is fully leased.

Bonvie also was involved in a $625,000 deal for 1800 E. Commercial Blvd., a 4,000-square-foot office building.
